For years I have been looking for an association that, as well as representing and protecting me as an hotel manager, could also share my idea of hospitality: an hospitality capable of getting closer to the guest, surprising and making him/her experience strong emotions. When I am talking about hospitality, my thoughts goes to the whole hotel, from the building itself to its collaborators. Every gesture, every smile, every simple or refurbished space has to talk about us, our “Homes”, our tradition, our daily commitment in making each guest feel the warm atmosphere of familiarity and simplicity that distinguishes our land of Romagna.

Then, one day I discovered “Consorzio Piccoli Alberghi di Qualità- Small Quality Hotels Consortium”, so Hotel Eliseo has been part of it since 2009! Joining the Consortium wasn’t just a goal but the beginning of a great commitment, especially to our Guests; a commitment that day after day we try to fulfill with professionalism and, above all, with lot of love and passion for our work.

Some notes about the Consortium:

The P.A.Q. Consortium was born in 1999 from the passion for tourism with particular attention to hospitality and the quality of products and services offered, in the greatest respect of traditions, both for food and wine, which make the Romagna Riviera unique.
The P.A.Q. Consortium combines small and medium-sized hotel facilities run on a strictly family management. Each structure meets specific requirements defined with the aim of maintaining a very high quality - service ratio and follows some simple rules listed in the "Hotel Requirements" that the Consortium makes available to the public. In 2002 the Consortium reached the goal of quality certification ISO 9001: 2015, becoming the first certified hotel group in Italy! All the consortium members sign a statute and a regulation within which the basic elements of tourist accommodation are contained.
