Our lunch service is evolving into a brand-new experience: the Bistrot Eliseo. Open to all guests — including those staying on a B&B or half-board basis — it will be accessible freely, just like a small external restaurant.
A modern and informal setting, nestled between the greenery of our garden and the brightness of the restaurant hall, where you will find the same quality as always, with a delicious and genuine menu.

Guests who wish to have lunch may choose between two ways to access Bistrot Eliseo:
Enjoy lunch by choosing from the à-la-carte menu and paying only for the selected dishes. Ideal for guests on half board or B&B. B&B.
A convenient all-inclusive solution featuring: breakfast + lunch at the Bistrot + dinner. Lunch at the Bistrot includes:
- Fresh vegetable buffet and appetizers
- Bakery corner
- One main course of your choice from the Bistrot Eliseo menu, served at the table
- Fruit/dessert from the buffet
- Still or sparkling water included

What changes compared to previous years?
Breakfast and dinner remain unchanged and true to tradition:
- Breakfast: rich and abundant, with sweet and savoury options.
- Dinner: table service with four courses (starter, first course, second course, dessert), menu choices, and water included.
Lunch, however, is renewed with the introduction of Bistrot Eliseo — a more informal and flexible formula.
Why this change?
Bistrot Eliseo was designed to offer a more dynamic and contemporary dining experience, with a more flexible access window: 12:20 – 13:30 (last order at 13:20).
What does the Bistrot offer?
A revamped menu with a selection of hot and cold dishes. You will still find typical Romagna flavours and some of the most beloved dishes in Eliseo’s history. The offer is completed by a buffet of fresh vegetables, a bakery corner, and a fruit/dessert station. Water is included. Access options:
- Occasional Access: à-la-carte lunch, paying only for the selected dishes
- Eliseo Full Board Formula: breakfast, dinner, and Bistrot lunch included in the room rate
What does the Eliseo Full Board Formula include?
It includes:
- Breakfast
- Lunch at the Bistrot: vegetable buffet and appetizers, bakery corner, one main course served at the table (chosen from the Bistrot menu), fruit/dessert from the buffet, water included
- Dinner: menu with four courses (starter, first course, second course, dessert), served at the table. Water included.
If I am on Full Board, can I order a second main course served at the table?
Of course! Full Board includes one main course, which is meant to be filling and generous. In addition, you will always have access to the fresh vegetable buffet, appetizers, bakery corner with freshly baked bread, fruit/dessert corner, and water included.
If you wish to add a second main course served at the table, this is possible and will be charged as an extra according to the price listed on the displayed menu.
Has anything changed for dinner?
Dinner service remains exactly as before: menu with choices (meat and fish first and second courses), starters served both at the buffet and at the table, dessert options, ice cream, fresh fruit, and full table service. Water included. Single dinner seating starting at 19:30.
What happens on Wednesdays?
- On Wednesdays at lunchtime, the Bistrot Eliseo is closed.
- Breakfast and dinner are offered as usual.
- For guests on the Full Board Formula: the stay quote includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, except on Wednesday lunch, when the kitchen is closed.
- In practice, Wednesday is a half-board day: breakfast and dinner yes, lunch no.
