Dear Friends of the Eliseo Hotel,
here we are again as we are close to the Christmas holidays. Another year is ending and the Hotel Eliseo is approaching its 75th birthday... you wouldn't think so, would you?
🎄 We take this opportunity to extend to each of you and your families a sincere wish for a happy festivity; may you have a peaceful and Holy Christmas of joy and hope, leading us towards a 2023 of positivity, good intentions, light and peace. 🎄
With our thoughts on the new season, we would like to anticipate a few new things!
We are improving the hotel to make it more hospitable, comfortable and welcoming. In fact, we are finishing the last work on the exterior facades, as well as the restyling of two other rooms that many of you are particularly attached to.
As for the restaurant service, breakfast and meals will continue to be served at the table by our waiters both in the indoor dining room and in the beautiful setting of our garden. A small change has been made to the full board service: it will be guaranteed every day except for lunch on Wednesday, the day on which half board with dinner service will be provided. But don't worry because even on Wednesdays, on request, it will be possible to order some fresh and tasty dishes from the "Casseruola delle Prelibatezze" our picnic basket to take away.
We are also confident that this small change can be a nice opportunity to enjoy more of the sea with its colours and vitality, or to explore wineries, oil mills, villages and castles, of which our territory is particularly rich.
We hope that this news will be positively welcomed by you, knowing that every change includes courage but also positive energy to keep writing new pages of our hotel's life together with you.
